Robert Payne Lancaster, Jr., head of EFO's public equity investment activities and a partner of EFO. Mr. Lancaster is responsible for the management and oversight of EFO's public equity investment activities. Prior to joining EFO in 1998, Mr. Lancaster most recently worked as an investment professional at Richmont Capital, the investment arm of Mary Kay Cosmetics, and prior thereto as an investment professional working for Mario Gabelli. Mr. Lancaster has served on the board of several private and public companies including Waste Corporation of America (NASD: WCAA). Mr. Lancaster received his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business and a B.A from Vanderbilt University.

Robert P. Grammen. As a partner at EFO, Mr. Grammen is responsible for origination, analysis, structure and execution of new debt and equity investment activity. Mr. Grammen is a Board member and principal of Cypress Lending Group, Ltd., Laser Spine Institute, LLC, Family Access Exchange and Melbourne Greyhound Park, LLC. Prior to working with EFO, Grammen served as a VP of International Trading Group, focusing on the purchase, restructure and sale of distressed municipal bond debt. Mr. Grammen graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Bethany College, Bethany West Virginia. He spent one-year in Oxford, England on an exchange program conducting studies in the European Common Market.

David Goduti. Mr. Goduti serves a Managing Partner of EFO Financial Group LLC, a subsidiary of EFO Holdings, LP. As Managing Partner he is responsible for origination, analysis, structuring and execution of private real estate debt transactions. Prior to EFO, Mr. Goduti was Vice President with Wachovia Wealth Management, where he led a team of specialized professionals in delivering comprehensive financial solutions to high-net worth investors. Prior to his departure from Wachovia, he was awarded the Presidents Circle, which recognizes Wachovia’s top performers nationwide. Mr. Goduti received at B.A. degree from Franciscan University.

Julie Krupala. Ms. Krupala is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of EFO and providing financial oversight. In this capacity, her responsibilities include policy formation, business planning and quality control with respect to the services rendered by EFO. Prior to joining EFO in 1999, Ms. Krupala was Financial Reporting Manager for Pillowtex Corporation, a billion dollar publicly-traded home textile manufacturer. Ms. Krupala was responsible for consolidating multi-subsidiary locations, SEC reporting and system consolidations. Preceding Pillowtex Corporation, Ms. Krupala held various positions with Lane Gorman Trubitt, LLP, a public accounting firm. She is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Nancy McCullough. Ms. McCullough currently serves as the controller for four investment funds with combined committed capital in excess of $120 million. She has worked for Lincoln Property Company, Benton Resources, LLC and United Realty Group, LP. Her experience includes controllership responsibility for a master limited partnership with assets in excess of $100 million consisting of office and retail properties located primarily in the southeast. She is a CPA and attended the University of Texas at Arlington majoring in Accounting.
